How pre-orders work here
We don't stockpile inventory and hope. We open a batch, you order, the batch closes, and your orders fund the fabric and the sewing. Then your goods are made and shipped inside the batch window — which is always shown on the product page and at checkout BEFORE you pay. No surprises: if a window doesn't work for you, don't order that batch.
If a batch ever can't ship inside its promised window, you can cancel for a full refund. That's the deal, in writing.
Returns — the short version
- Cut fabric and pre-order / made-to-order goods are final sale. We cut and sew to your order; please order a swatch first (swatch cost is credited toward yardage orders of 5+ yards).
- Wrong or defective is always on us. If we send the wrong item, or something arrives defective, we replace it or refund it — your choice.
- Fabric defect claims: within 7 days of delivery, on fabric that is uncut and unwashed. Tell us what's wrong; if it's a true defect, we make it right.
- Wholesale: defect claims within 7 days, on uncut yardage only.
- Swatches are final sale (and credited toward your first 5+ yard order, as above).
Why so firm? Because every batch is made from real orders, not warehouse guesses. This policy is what lets a tiny company sell genuinely natural goods at honest prices instead of building return costs into everything. The swatch-first system exists so you never have to guess: touch it before you commit to it.
